The Luke
Luke has specialised in recruitment and retained search since the late 1990s. Since 2005, he has supported recruitment firms globally and been retained by leading Executive Search firms to headhunt Partner-level professionals worldwide. This work has built an exceptional network—shared selectively for the benefit of coaching clients.
The model
In 2024, Luke qualified as a Licensed Coach with Career Counselling Services (ICF-accredited training). The approach is outcome-oriented, structured, and grounded in practical steps—aligned with what senior hiring actually responds to.
